BA Flight Grounded at Heathrow due to Mouse on Plane

Passengers on the 10:40 GMT San Francisco bound British Airways flight were sitting in their

allocated seats, waiting to leave, when an unusual announcement was made.

The passengers were told that with mice aboard, they could not take off. They were also told that

another flight would be scheduled. The flight left four hours later.

“We know almost everyone wants to fly with us to San Francisco, but on this occasion there was one

very small customer who we had to send back to the gate.” British Airways said. “Everyone with two

legs is now on their way to California, and we are sorry for the delay.”

Heathrow Airport, however, said it could not comment on individual flights.
